An operational team assists the executive committee in its missions and ensures the operational management and coordination of all NS-PARK network activities.
Three full-time project managers dedicated to the network activities
A team of project managers, located in Toulouse, is fully dedicated to the activity of the NS-PARK network.
Two project managers provide support to industrial and academic investigators or sponsors at the different stages of their research projects. A project manager is in charge of the administrative and financial management of the network.

Based in Paris, they are in charge of all operational activities related to the cohort:
- Operational coordination
- Support to the projects carried out on the cohort
- Support to the regulatory follow-up
- Technical management and monitoring of the progress of the cohort
